 | | The Baltimore County Fire Department’s Advanced Tactical Rescue Team trained in the emergency rescue of horses, cattle and other large animals at Caves Farm in Owings Mills. Fire fighters and other personnel learned how to handle and rescue large animals caught in burning buildings, floods, mud and other emergency situations. Three animal lovers have launched Fur the Love of Paws, a new animal shelter in Owings Mills.
